We are seeking a qualified Food Auditor to conduct third-party audits and deliver food safety training programs for clients in the food service, catering, and hotel industries. This role is crucial in supporting clients with food safety compliance and continuous improvement of their food management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full audit cycles as a team member or team leader.
  • Perform desk reviews of client management systems and documentation.
  • Prepare audit checklists and itineraries tailored to the clients scope.
  • Conduct on-site audits, complete audit reports, and ensure timely documentation.
  • Address client inquiries related to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Customize and deliver food safety training sessions based on client needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior auditors under training or supervision.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal quality, health, safety, environment, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related discipline.
  • Professional license (e.g., Chemist, Food Tech) is preferred.
  • Completion of IRCA/JRCA Lead Auditor Course is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in the food chain industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the food service, catering, or hotel sector.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
