Position Levels: Director | Senior Executive | Department Head

Location: Nationwide

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
  • Proven expertise in plant management, lean manufacturing, TPM, and process optimization 
  • Strong background in regulatory compliance, safety, and maintenance systems 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and drive KPI performance
