Location: BGC, Taguig
The People Development Senior Associate supports key learning and development initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and leadership training through technical, creative, and administrative efforts. As the primary administrator of the internal LMS and point of contact for the learning helpdesk, this role ensures smooth training operations and responsive support.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder
- 23 years of experience in employee engagement, learning & development, human resources, or a related training role (assistant, specialist, or coordinator level).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and collaborative problem solver with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
- Experience with learning technologies and tools such as LMS platforms (Relias preferred), Articulate, Canva, SurveyMonkey, and tele-class platforms.
- Comfortable supporting a large, diverse workforce across multiple locations.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a centralized team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Learning Management System (Relias) & Helpdesk Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator of the Relias LMS, supporting end users, supervisors, and program directors.
- Create and update learning modules and training plans using existing content.
- Assign courses to learning groups manually and through automated workflows.
- Troubleshoot access and course-related issues; respond to helpdesk tickets with prompt, friendly, and effective support.
- Prepare and distribute customized and scheduled training reports.
- Analyze and improve workflows and processes for greater efficiency and impact.
Content Development & Project Coordination
- Support the development and execution of people development initiatives in collaboration with team leadership.
- Design content and track training impact metrics.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Total Rewards, Compliance, and Operations teams to build training project plans.
- Produce and support live webinars and virtual training sessions.
Internal Communications & Culture
- Create and edit internal communication materials, including monthly employee newsletters tailored to audience and business needs.
- Maintain the People Development team page on the company intranet, sharing resources and event updates.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping to foster a collaborative and engaging workplace environment.
