Position: AVP for Systems and Process Improvement (Six Sigma Black Belt)
Location: Pasay City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale process improvement initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to analyze, design, and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business process optimization and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Six Sigma methodologies, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all process improvement activities.
  • Conduct regular assessments of current systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, detailing project outcomes, cost savings, and overall impact.
  • Partner with IT and operational teams to align system improvements with organizational needs and technology advancements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovative thinking and process excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business process and system process improvement, with a strong track record of successful project implementation.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and system integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
