The Revenue Marketing and CRM Supervisor will lead and supervise our revenue generating marketing initiatives and optimize customer relationship management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Revenue Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute growth-driven marketing strategies.

  • Align with sales, BD, and product teams on revenue goals.

  • Lead ABM campaigns targeting key segments.

  • Deliver 100+ qualified leads/month with 20% sales conversion.

II. CRM Management

  • Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead scoring, segmentation, and pipeline tracking.

  • Ensure data integrity and actionable insights.

  • Execute email, drip, and automation campaigns.

III. Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Run inbound/outbound campaigns to drive and nurture qualified leads.

  • Optimize customer journeys and boost conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with sales to refine lead qualification.

IV. Performance & Reporting

  • Track campaign ROI, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Present data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue marketing, CRM management, or related roles

  • Proven expertise in revenue management, customer acquisition, lead generation, and market intelligence through marketing and CRM initiatives

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing automation tools

  • Strong analytical skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies

  • Experience with customer experience mapping and omnichannel marketing is a plus
