US Accountants (Clerks & Accountants)

Location: BGC, Taguig
Work schedule: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)

Accounting Clerk (AP/GL)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-3 years of accounting experience (open to fresh graduates)
• Background in accounts payables or general ledger.

Accountant (GL)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 4-6 years of general accounting experience, specifically general ledger functions.
• Background in US GAAP is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare and enter journal entries as needed
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
