Job Title: General Manager (Infrastructure)
Location: 2 headcounts, 1 for Northern Metro Manila and 1 for Southern Metro Manila - NCR

Job Summary:

The General Manager will serve as the top executive overseeing the organizations overall direction, performance, and growth. This role is responsible for strategic planning, operational leadership, financial sustainability, and fostering key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and visionary leader capable of driving transformation and aligning the organization with national development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Define and execute long-term business strategies to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, diversification, and innovation.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with government infrastructure initiatives and regulatory standards.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Ensure timely implementation of maintenance, upgrade, and expansion projects.
  • Introduce innovative operational practices and sustainability initiatives.

3. Financial Management & Risk Oversight

  • Maintain the financial health of the organization by managing budgets, forecasts, and capital investments.
  • Establish financial controls and cost management measures.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across business operations.

4. Project Development & Execution

  • Lead planning and implementation of major infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Address potential obstacles to project progress or quality.

5. Revenue Assurance & Controls

  • Strengthen processes to ensure accurate reporting and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Implement performance metrics and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks.
  • Oversee agreements that impact service quality and operational performance.

6. Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and develop a strong leadership bench with succession planning for key roles.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement, learning, and organizational development.

7. Stakeholder & Regulatory Relations

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, private sector partners, and regulators.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and labor laws.
  • Represent the organization in strategic dialogues and industry engagements.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years in senior executive leadership, ideally in infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or other large-scale operational industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex operations, managing large budgets, and driving business transformation.
  • Solid experience in government relations, regulatory compliance, and public-private partnerships.
