Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Project Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end development process of commercial real estate projectsfrom site acquisition to project handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in feasibility analysis, project conceptualization, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in real estate or construction development is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to handover.
- Conduct and prepare detailed feasibility studies, site and market analyses, and financial projections.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., design, finance, engineering, legal) and external partners (e.g., consultants, government agencies) to ensure all aspects of the project align with strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential development sites and recommend viable projects for investment.
- Monitor regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and compliance with local laws.
- Present project proposals, updates, and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, addressing risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Support business development initiatives by proposing new development opportunities and innovative concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project development, real estate, construction, or business development.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
