Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate both traditional and digital channels.
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print ads, radio, outdoor media, and trade shows.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM/PPC (Google Ads, Bing), email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, website audits, and optimize landing pages to improve organic search visibility and user experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and social media insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets across all channels and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers to produce creative materials.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars and content strategy aligned with brand messaging.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports summarizing campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience, with proven success in both traditional and digital environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, and content creation.
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, and CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and working with external vendors and partners.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
