Key Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales including meeting sales targets (ideally within the FMCG sector)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport & influence decision markets
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers, balancing business objectives and customer needs.
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce)
• Willingness to learn, adapt to changing market conditions, and embrace new sales techniques.
• Demonstrate resilience in handling objections & challenging situations
• Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy under pressure.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
