Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a service-based company.
- Preferably has experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong skills in presenting ideas and building interpersonal relationships.
- Highly creative, well-organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify new prospects and potential customers for the organizations target market.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Analyze potential customer needs and align them with the organization's services to secure new business opportunities.
- Recognize key decision-makers and gain insights into their strategic business challenges and priorities.
- Reach out to current and prospective clients about the company offerings and arrange sales meetings.
- Create and deliver presentations at sales meetings, build rapport with prospects, and suggest appropriate CITS solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers and potential clients.
- Negotiate terms such as pricing and timelines, collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Close deals by securing signed contracts for sales leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business contacts, and company stakeholders.
- Effectively manage client calls and appointments.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that the company services meet the specific needs of customers.
- Oversee professional sales coordination and account management planning.
