Location: Pasay City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives and enhance business processes across our operations. The successful candidate will drive strategic projects, streamline workflows, and optimize performance to support long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other OE methodologies.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for further optimization.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Facilitate root cause analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with department heads in Retail, Pharma, FMCG, or Manufacturing to align OE initiatives with business goals.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on project progress, cost savings, and performance impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; Masters Degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement roles within Retail, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors.

  • Proven knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and other process improvement tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
