Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Director for Global and Enterprise Sales to lead our revenue growth across our full portfolio of products and services, with a primary focus on Build, Space, and Enterprise projects. This role is critical for driving sustainable and scalable growth in the Philippine market and beyond.

About the Role:

As the Director of Global and Enterprise Sales, you will be a key commercial leader responsible for acquiring and closing new enterprise clients and expanding revenue across core business lines, ensuring alignment with company budgets and P&L objectives. You will be instrumental in developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the Philippine market, while also supporting broader portfolio-wide goals. This role requires close collaboration with executive leadership to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities, financial targets, and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition and closing of new enterprise clients and grow revenue across core business lines in alignment with company budgets and P&L objectives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Philippine market, supporting broader portfolio-wide goals.
  • Monitor market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing, bundling, and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Partner with the CFO to ensure sales plans align with financial goals, profitability, and operational scalability.
  • Maintain a consistent stream of clients/pipeline under Build/Space and ensure these are converted to new customers.
  • Oversee the development of business proposals, ensuring strategic fit with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the COO to synchronize commercial strategy with operational feasibility and delivery capability.
  • Work with the CGIO to align on Space business strategy and ensure complementary not competing initiatives.
  • Engage with the CEO on high-impact enterprise and build-to-suit opportunities, contributing to long-term growth planning.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to structure favorable, risk-mitigated agreements.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure all contracts comply with company standards and local regulations.
  • Optimize contract structures to support client satisfaction, renewal potential, and overall business health.
  • Identify, broker, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance value creation and market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and effective transition to account management and operational teams.
  • Align sales and operational efforts to ensure successful handover and delivery of workspace solutions.
  • Attend key industry events and networking opportunities as may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and account management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles across diverse product and service offerings.
  • Strong background in contract negotiation, proposal management, and enterprise client development.
  • Deep understanding of the flexible workspace industry, particularly within the Philippine market. Office construction knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results through influence as well as direct leadership.
  • A team-oriented leader who is hands-on, accountable, and committed to execution excellence.
  • Strong broker network connection and a proven track record of closed enterprise deals.
  • Keen attention to detail and time management skills.
