Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance and food safety programs to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality systems through audits, inspections, and performance reviews across manufacturing sites, suppliers, and third-party partners.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality management standards by coordinating with internal teams and external regulatory agencies.
  • Analyze quality performance, investigate product quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and drive process and facility improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team through workforce planning, performance management, training, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Licensed Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Chemical Technician, or holder of a relevant PRC license.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, Research & Development, or a related field, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of food science, quality systems, analytical testing, and food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO, SPC, GMP, GWP, and GLP.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to drive quality and operational excellence.
