Job Summary

The Head of Workforce Management is responsible for leading workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing operations to ensure optimal manpower levels that support business and service targets. This role uses data-driven forecasting and real-time monitoring to maintain operational efficiency and ensure the right resources are deployed at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Workforce Management (WFM) team
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workforce forecasts based on operational data and demand trends
• Monitor daily staffing levels and operational performance, making timely adjustments as needed
• Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet service level and productivity targets
• Analyze workforce data and generate insights to support leadership decision-making
• Prepare and present staffing reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to management
• Improve workforce planning processes and optimize scheduling strategies
• Ensure effective use of WFM tools and systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workforce Management Manager or Head
• Strong background in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning
• Experience using Workforce Management tools and systems
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication and reporting skills
