The Opportunity

We are looking for a heavy-hitter in Supply Chain to own our demand forecasting and inventory strategy. As the Demand Planning Manager, you will be the strategic link between our market ambitions and our operational reality. Youll have the autonomy to refine our S&OP processes and the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Your Impact

• Strategic Forecasting: Transform historical data, market trends, and seasonal shifts into high-accuracy demand plans.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to synchronize product launches and promotions with inventory levels.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential stockouts or overstock risks and execute smart recovery strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the S&OP process, manage regional partner logistics, and oversee system integrity (SAP Business One).

What You Bring

• Experience: 10+ years in Supply/Demand Planning (Retail or Consumer Products background is highly preferred).
• Technical Edge: Expert-level Excel skills and a deep understanding of ERP systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in spare parts planning is a significant advantage.
• Education: A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Mindset: A data-driven problem solver who communicates with influence.
