Finance & Treasury Controller

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations in a fast-paced business environment. The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial control, with strong emphasis on cash flow management, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has solid controller experience and thrives in dynamic, high-volume settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting and financial control operations
• Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability
• Oversee vendor payment cycles and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
• Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
• Partner with leadership on financial planning and strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Finance Controller or equivalent senior finance role
• Strong background in cash flow management and high-volume vendor transactions
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• High level of analytical capability and financial reporting expertise
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile:

• CPA is an advantage
• Experience handling complex payables structures or multi-entity operations is a plus
