About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Display Manager to lead the design and execution of visual experiences across our retail and lifestyle destinations. This role is responsible for creating immersive, eye-catching displays that enhance customer engagement, support tenant promotions, and elevate the overall brand experience.

You will oversee the design, production, and installation of visual concepts, ensuring a consistent and memorable experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of visual displays, window installations, and in-store concepts
• Develop creative themes and campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and tenant teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences
• Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of displays, signage, and experiential setups
• Manage a team of designers, fabricators, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Ensure visual standards, quality, and safety compliance across all displays
• Analyze visitor engagement and provide recommendations to improve visual impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, creative design, or retail display management
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and execution skills
• Experience managing teams and external vendors
• Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under deadlines
