Work Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell financial/insurance products with confidence
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building capabilities
