Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Present, promote, and sell financial/insurance products with confidence
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building capabilities
