Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Information Systems & Technology Director to lead our enterprise technology, digital platforms, cybersecurity, data, and IT operations. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will translate corporate growth priorities into a secure, scalable, and business-enabling technology environment that drives commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Develop and execute a multi-year IT and digital roadmap aligned with corporate strategy to digitize processes, enhance productivity, and support business scale.
  • Business Applications: Oversee core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Sales Force Territory Analysis, and finance applications), ensuring system integration, scalability, and lifecycle support.
  • Infrastructure & Support: Direct cloud services, networks, end-user computing, and IT service desk operations to guarantee high availability and responsive technical support.
  • Cybersecurity & Data Privacy: Lead information security, data privacy, disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity programs.
  • Governance & Vendor Management: Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, vendor contracts, and technology risk controls.
  • Data & Analytics: Expand business intelligence capabilities, custom reporting, and interactive dashboards to empower data-driven executive decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Manage IT team leads and specialists, building a high-performing, service-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and security.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Relevant postgraduate qualifications or executive certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience:

    • At least 10 years of progressive IT experience with proven leadership across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data management.
    • Strong technical background in software development and coding, with hands-on experience designing and developing systems.
    • Proven experience managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or sales force automation).
    • Direct experience managing IT budgets, software licenses, vendor contracts, and third-party risk.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare, FMCG, retail, distribution, or another regulated environment is a strong plus.
