About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Agile Practice & QA to lead Agile practices and Quality Assurance initiatives, improve delivery processes, and ensure high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and improve Agile processes and standards
• Oversee Quality Assurance and testing activities
• Develop and maintain quality standards
• Lead and mentor Agile and QA teams
• Monitor project delivery and quality performance
• Identify opportunities to improve technology processes
• Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies and technology delivery
• Experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or related functions
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong understanding of software development and testing processes
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
