About the Role
We are looking for a client-facing Account Manager to handle and grow partnerships within the F&B and retail industry.
This role focuses on building strong business relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
This is a field-based, B2B role — not a call center or BPO position.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing F&B and retail clients
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor account performance and provide business insights
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development (B2B)
- Background in F&B, retail, hospitality, or distribution is highly preferred
- Proven experience handling corporate or business clients (not purely end-consumers)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits within Metro Manila
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience managing key or high-value accounts
- Familiarity with the food & beverage or retail landscape
- Experience in a shared services or corporate setup is a plus
