About the Role

We are looking for a client-facing Account Manager to handle and grow partnerships within the F&B and retail industry.

This role focuses on building strong business relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
This is a field-based, B2B role — not a call center or BPO position.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing F&B and retail clients
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor account performance and provide business insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development (B2B)
  • Background in F&B, retail, hospitality, or distribution is highly preferred
  • Proven experience handling corporate or business clients (not purely end-consumers)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits within Metro Manila
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing key or high-value accounts
  • Familiarity with the food & beverage or retail landscape
  • Experience in a shared services or corporate setup is a plus
