The Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing office/commercial space operations within the assigned zone, with a focus on tenant fit-out execution, compliance, and overall operational efficiency. The role ensures that all spaces are delivered, maintained, and operated according to company standards while supporting tenant success.
Key Responsibilities:
Fit-Out & Project Management
  • Oversee tenant fit-out activities from turnover to completion
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, construction guidelines, and timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to resolve fit-out concerns
Operational Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned office/commercial spaces
  • Ensure facilities, utilities, and common areas are well-maintained and fully functional
  • Enforce safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
Tenant Relations & Account Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants within the zone
  • Ensure adherence to lease terms, house rules, and operational policies
  • Address tenant concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
Commercial & Performance Oversight
  • Monitor occupancy, tenant performance, and space utilization
  • Support leasing and turnover activities as needed
  • Assist in achieving revenue and operational targets for the zone
Local Marketing & Engagement
  • Support and execute localized marketing or engagement initiatives for office tenants
  • Coordinate events or programs that enhance tenant experience and retention
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, HRM, Business, or related field
  • At least 4–6 years of experience in property management, office/commercial operations, or fit-out/project management
  • Experience in construction coordination or tenant fit-out processes is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
