The Service Delivery – Finance Operations role is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end finance processes within a shared services environment. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, process efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, CMA, Pricing, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of transactions
- Monitor and meet SLAs and KPIs
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- For leadership roles: manage team performance, capacity, and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Staff: 1–3 years experience
- Senior/Lead: 4–8 years experience
- Manager: 8+ years experience with leadership
- Shared services/BPO experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
