The Service Delivery – Finance Operations role is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end finance processes within a shared services environment. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, process efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, CMA, Pricing, etc.)
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of transactions
  • Monitor and meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • For leadership roles: manage team performance, capacity, and development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Staff: 1–3 years experience
  • Senior/Lead: 4–8 years experience
  • Manager: 8+ years experience with leadership
  • Shared services/BPO experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
