We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager for Integrated Retail Media who will oversee end-to-end media initiatives aimed at boosting growth, engagement, and overall performance across digital and select above-the-line channels. This position will play a key role in developing our retail media ecosystem, covering digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, affiliate programs, and emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Media Strategy: Develop and execute holistic media plans across digital, performance, social, and select ATL channels to meet brand, traffic, and sales goals.
- Retail Media & E-Commerce: Optimize performance on retail media platforms (e.g., Optimo, TikTok Shop), maximizing ROI and conversions.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, analyze campaign results, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Content & Social Leadership: Drive content strategy, social media, and affiliate marketing to boost brand engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e-commerce, brand, creative) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Innovation: Stay updated on trends in retail media and digital marketing, exploring new tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 8 - 10 years experience in integrated media campaigns and digital marketing, ideally in retail or FMCG.
- Strong e-commerce and digital performance expertise.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel platforms to achieve business results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic with a hands-on execution approach.
