Investment Analyst

Location: Makati City (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop comprehensive financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Perform market, industry, and competitive research to identify emerging trends, investment themes, and growth potential.
• Support the sourcing of new investment opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and proprietary research.
• Assist in executing due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG workstreams.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for the Investment Committee, Board of Directors, and prospective investors.
• Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, including business expansion, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and ESG implementation.
• Support portfolio exit activities by conducting valuation analysis, preparing materials, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
