Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives that support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Drive performance and competency management processes, including goal alignment, assessments, and succession planning.
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, labor compliance, disciplinary cases, and HR policy implementation.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, HR budgeting, payroll-related concerns, and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and implementing effective talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs while supporting employee and leadership development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders.
