Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI and data team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

AI Strategy & Delivery

• Drive end-to-end AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment across business units
• Oversee solution design and architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with business goals

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with senior leadership to translate AI strategies into business outcomes
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner

Governance & Compliance

• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical and compliant use of data and models
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies

Operational & Strategic Oversight

• Support budget planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging AI technologies

Qualifications

• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or data science with leadership experience
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level AI solutions or architectures
• Deep understanding of cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, or similar)
• Experience in AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Background in highly regulated industries such as banking or financial services is an advantage
