Position Name: Company Nurse

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Shifting Schedule

About the role:

The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite clinical and emergency care within a corporate or site-based environment. This role ensures the health, safety, and overall well-being of employees through effective medical response, clinic operations, and compliance with occupational health standards.

The position plays a key role in supporting workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness, and preventive health initiatives, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide first aid, emergency care, and patient assessment
• Handle clinic operations, documentation, and medical reporting
• Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and external providers
• Support DOLE compliance and workplace safety (OH&S) programs
• Assist in PEME/APE, wellness programs, and health education
• Manage cases, referrals, and return-to-work processes

Qualifications:

• Must be a registered nurse (PRC licensed)
• 2–5 years experience (ER, ICU, or clinic preferred)
• Corporate/occupational health experience is a plus
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified (preferred)
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced onsite setup
