We're looking for a driven and commercially sharp Category Development Manager who can take full ownership of a product category and drive real business growth.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the overall strategy and performance of an assigned product category
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute category plans to drive sales and profitability
- Manage key levers such as pricing, promotions, and product assortment
- Lead end-to-end new product launches, from planning to execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet business targets
- Build and present recommendations to stakeholders to support category initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience within the FMCG industry
- With proven exposure to category development, trade marketing, or commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling product launches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
