We're looking for a driven and commercially sharp Category Development Manager who can take full ownership of a product category and drive real business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the overall strategy and performance of an assigned product category
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute category plans to drive sales and profitability
  • Manage key levers such as pricing, promotions, and product assortment
  • Lead end-to-end new product launches, from planning to execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet business targets
  • Build and present recommendations to stakeholders to support category initiatives

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience within the FMCG industry
    • With proven exposure to category development, trade marketing, or commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience handling product launches
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
