About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven E-commerce Commercial Head to lead our end-to-end online business. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall e-commerce commercial strategy
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, and cost optimization
  • Lead category management, pricing strategy, promotions, and assortment planning
  • Drive performance across marketplaces and DTC channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify)
  • Identify and unlock new growth levers, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Oversee commercial planning cycles and campaign execution (e.g., mega sale events)
  • Build strong relationships with key brands, principals, and marketplace partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks and performance tracking
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing commercial organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG
  • At least 3–5 years in a Head of Commercial or equivalent senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning P&L and delivering significant revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce ecosystems, digital sales channels, and marketplace dynamics
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen

Mandatory Requirement

  • Must have experience working in a leading e-commerce enabler company OR directly within major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or similar high-scale digital commerce organizations)
  • Demonstrated success in a Head of Commercial (or equivalent) role with full ownership of business performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Goods categories
  • Experience in multi-brand or omnichannel environments
