Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing & Brand Manager leads the overall brand strategy, marketing direction, and execution across B2B and B2C segments, driving strong market presence, customer engagement, and commercial growth. This role oversees Marketing, CRM, and alignment with Sales Learning & Development to ensure cohesive, data-driven brand and customer strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistent brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all channels in line with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute integrated short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead go-to-market plans, multi-channel campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives across digital, retail, trade, e-commerce, and partnerships.
  • Oversee CRM strategy, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, lifecycle management, and personalization.
  • Align marketing, CRM, and sales enablement to ensure consistent brand and customer experience.
  • Manage and develop B2B and B2C Marketing Supervisors and the CRM Head, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and market insights, translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Act as key liaison with brand principals, agencies, and cross-functional teams to support brand growth and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, CRM, and integrated brand management.
  • Strong background in retail, wholesale, and food & beverage manufacturing environments (8+ years each preferred).
  • Experience with premium or aspirational brands is an advantage.
  • Strategic, commercially driven leader with strong analytical, communication, and team development skills.
  • Able to start immediately.
