Key Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting & Planning
  • Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts across SKUs and channels
  • Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and market data to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate campaigns and activations into planning
Inventory Management
  • Oversee inventory planning and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Manage multi-million peso inventory portfolio, ensuring healthy stock turns and minimized obsolescence
  • Monitor slow-moving and aging inventory and recommend corrective actions
Procurement & Order Planning
  • Align procurement plans with forecasted demand and lead times
  • Generate purchase plans and manage order cycles to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and supply continuity
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams
  • Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
  • Provide demand insights to support business strategy and growth
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, fill rate, and stock availability
  • Prepare reports and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Continuously improve planning processes and tools
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or procurement within FMCG or retail
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Experience managing high-value inventory portfolios
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
