Role Overview

The Director of Operations will lead and oversee Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development functions, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and revenue targets. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth across medium to large-scale operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder; with 10+ years of experience in sales and business development functions.
  • At least 5 years of director-level leadership experience within medium to large-scale organizations
  • Proven experience managing operations with 500–1000 FTEs
  • Industry exposure in Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and performance optimization
  • Experience working closely with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of leading teams in fast-scaling or high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with revenue growth and expansion goals
  • Drive performance management frameworks, KPIs, and accountability structures across teams
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and market competitiveness
  • Establish scalable systems and processes to support organizational growth
  • Partner with executive leadership in shaping long-term business strategy and expansion plans
  • Mentor and develop senior leaders to build a strong, high-performing operations team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and industry best practices
