Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations in line with company objectives.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics, ensuring efficient product flow from suppliers to customers.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and optimize storage for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
  • Transportation & Distribution: Oversee transportation providers and delivery schedules to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics-related costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising service.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Technology & Innovation: Drive the use of technology (WMS, TMS) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in logistics or supply chain, with 3 years in a leadership role within the F&B industry.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics, food safety, and supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
