Job Purpose:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and optimizing tenant mix for an assigned retail property. This role combines strategic leasing, tenant relationship management, and commercial analysis to ensure sustained foot traffic and revenue growth.

Note: Multiple vacancies are available. Each Leasing Manager will be assigned to one specific site/location.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Strategy & Tenant Acquisition

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve target occupancy and revenue for the assigned property
  • Source, negotiate, and secure tenants aligned with the desired brand and category mix
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and international brands

Tenant Mix & Commercial Planning

  • Analyze trade area, customer profile, and market trends to curate an effective tenant mix
  • Provide recommendations on store concepts, positioning, and space allocation
  • Collaborate with internal teams on zoning and space optimization

Account & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Monitor tenant performance and recommend interventions to improve sales productivity
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and operational standards

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Drive leasing revenue by maximizing occupancy, rental rates, and renewals
  • Prepare forecasts, leasing reports, and performance analysis
  • Support achievement of financial targets for the assigned property

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and design teams for seamless tenant onboarding
  • Align leasing initiatives with marketing campaigns and mall activations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in leasing, retail, real estate, or business development
  • Strong background in tenant acquisition, negotiations, and account management
  • Experience in commercial retail leasing is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
