Job Summary
The RTR Transformation Manager will lead transition and transformation initiatives within the Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) space. This role focuses on migrating processes into Shared Services, optimizing RTR workflows, and driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead transition and migration of CMA processes into Shared Services
Drive RTR transformation initiatives, including process redesign and optimization
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and standardization
Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and process performance metrics
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on transformation roadmap
Strengthen governance, controls, and compliance within RTR processes
Support system improvements and digital initiatives (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
Lead change management efforts and ensure team readiness during transitions
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong experience in RTR, process transition, or finance transformation
Proven track record in shared services migration or global process transitions
Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
