Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HRMS Implementation Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead our end-to-end Human Resources Management System (HRMS) deployment projects. In this role, you will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, translating complex business requirements into seamless digital solutions.

As the bridge between technical teams, functional HR, and key stakeholders, you will drive project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure that our HR technology aligns with global best practices and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Subject Matter Expertise & Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the HR technology domain with a comprehensive, deep-rooted understanding of core HR functions (e.g., payroll, talent management, time & attendance, onboarding).
  • Interface directly with customers, business leaders, and functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high adoption rates.
  • Navigate complex client needs, act as a trusted advisor to recommend industry best practices, and align system capabilities with overarching business objectives.

2. Project Execution & Strategy

  • Plan, define, and execute effective, data-driven strategies to achieve short- and long-term HRIS goals.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
  • Monitor project health closely; proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery meets strict quality and timeline standards.

Competencies & Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile/Scrum, or recognized HRMS-specific certifications.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • HR & Compliance: Deep knowledge of complete HR lifecycle practices and a strong grasp of existing labor laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Project & Financial Management: Proven expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and data analysis to measure project ROI and efficiency.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage resistance to change and influence senior leadership.
