Work Setup: Monday to Friday (with a half-day work schedule on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop category and shopper marketing strategies that align with business objectives, consumer insights, and channel-specific opportunities.
- Convert shopper and market insights into effective retail programs, merchandising strategies, and customer-focused selling propositions.
- Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, in-store activations, displays, and channel-specific programs.
- Monitor and evaluate trade marketing performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to align strategies, drive business growth, and support informed decision-making through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or a related commercial function within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of category development principles, shopper behavior, retail operations, and channel management.
- Proven ability to analyze market, sales, and trade performance data to develop actionable business recommendations.
