Location: Central Visayas (Plant-based role)
Role Overview
The Manufacturing Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for the effective planning, organization, leadership, and control of production operations within an assigned production area. The role ensures that production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, timeliness, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule production operations based on demand forecasts and actual operational requirements.

Direct and oversee daily production activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the assigned area.

Ensure consistent compliance with product quality, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, equipment upgrades, and innovation opportunities.

Review and validate the accuracy and timeliness of production reports and other operational documentation required by management.

Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support overall plant operations and performance objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in plant operations, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.

At least three (3) years of supervisory or people management experience in food manufacturing operations.

Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in food processing technology.

Experience in conducting production-related training, seminars, and orientation programs.

Willing to be based in, or have strong ties to, the plant location or nearby municipalities.
