Recruitment Head – Volume Searches

Role Overview

The Recruitment Head – Volume Searches is responsible for leading and executing high-volume hiring initiatives to support business growth and operational requirements. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment operations, manages a team of recruiters, and ensures consistent delivery of hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-volume recruitment activities across multiple roles and hiring waves.

  • Develop and implement volume hiring strategies aligned with manpower plans and business timelines.

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

  • Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of recruitment team members handling mass hiring.

  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets are met; address gaps through data-driven action plans.

  • Strengthen and diversify sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and manage urgent hiring requirements.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, and recruiter productivity.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience while managing large applicant volumes.

  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment standards, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring updates to senior management.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and recruitment automation to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Handle recruitment-related escalations and stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or head role.

  • Proven background in high-volume / mass hiring 

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and volume hiring best practices.

  • Demonstrated experience in people management and performance coaching.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to perform under tight hiring timelines.

  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City, morning shift, Monday to Friday.
