Role Overview
The Recruitment Head – Volume Searches is responsible for leading and executing high-volume hiring initiatives to support business growth and operational requirements. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment operations, manages a team of recruiters, and ensures consistent delivery of hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-volume recruitment activities across multiple roles and hiring waves.

Develop and implement volume hiring strategies aligned with manpower plans and business timelines.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of recruitment team members handling mass hiring.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets are met; address gaps through data-driven action plans.

Strengthen and diversify sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.

Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and manage urgent hiring requirements.

Track and report key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, and recruiter productivity.

Maintain a positive candidate experience while managing large applicant volumes.

Ensure adherence to company recruitment standards, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring updates to senior management.

Identify and implement process improvements and recruitment automation to improve efficiency and scalability.

Handle recruitment-related escalations and stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or head role.

Proven background in high-volume / mass hiring

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and volume hiring best practices.

Demonstrated experience in people management and performance coaching.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.

Highly organized, data-driven, and able to perform under tight hiring timelines.

Willing to work onsite in Pasig City, morning shift, Monday to Friday.
