Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and define the companys marketing strategy across four key pillars: B2B, B2C (retail), e-commerce, and digital platforms (including website)
  • Develop long-term brand positioning and growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and strategic initiatives
Campaigns, Activations & Promotions
  • Spearhead strategic campaigns, product launches, trade marketing initiatives, and brand activations
  • Oversee events, in-store promotions, and digital campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales impact
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
P&L & Budget Management
  • Own marketing P&L and manage overall marketing budget allocation
  • Track ROI, campaign effectiveness, and marketing performance metrics
  • Optimize spending to ensure strong return on investment and profitability
Analytics & Commercial Performance
  • Leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments
  • Monitor sales performance, consumer behavior, and market trends
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
Branding & Planning
  • Strengthen brand equity through consistent messaging and strategic storytelling
  • Lead brand planning processes and ensure cohesive brand identity across channels
  • Guide packaging, creative direction, and product positioning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales (including L&D support for sales enablement initiatives), Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution
  • Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG or F&B
  • Strong background in brand management, retail marketing, and e-commerce
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and P&L
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience leading large-scale campaigns and activations
