Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions, stories) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with upcoming events and campaigns
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and visual identity
Event Promotion
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote events, launches, and activations
- Create pre-event, during-event, and post-event content to maximize engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to gather event materials and updates
Live Coverage & Engagement
- Provide real-time social media coverage during events (live posts, stories, reels, behind-the-scenes content)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Engage with audiences to build a strong online community
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
- Generate reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and content strategies
- Monitor trends and competitor activities within the events and marketing space
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with creative teams, event producers, and external partners for content creation
- Coordinate with influencers, sponsors, and partners for collaborative promotions
- Assist in managing social media campaigns for multiple events simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or any related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in events, marketing, or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Experience in content creation, including basic photography and video editing
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in live event coverage and real-time content creation
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
