Associate Director – Customer to Cash (CTC)

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Setup: On-site, Mon-Fri (Morning Shift)

Job Purpose

Lead a team delivering Customer to Cash (CTC) services including collections, disputes, customer agreements, and master data management. Drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement while building strong relationships with business units, partners, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Build a high-performing team, coach and develop members, delegate effectively, and foster ownership and accountability.
  • Process Management: Implement and standardize processes in Shared Services and BPO; monitor and optimize end-to-end performance.
  • Performance Management: Track and manage CTC performance using metrics and KPIs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer service targets are met via agreements and satisfaction surveys.
  • Technology & Improvement: Lead technology rollouts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Plan and implement CTC process changes effectively.
  • Compliance & Control: Maintain internal controls and compliance with regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years in Finance/Accounting within multinational companies.
  • 5–7 years of people management, including experience managing managers.
  • Proven track record in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Business-level written and verbal English communication skills.
  • LEAN Six Sigma qualification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • ERP experience required; SAP preferred.
