The Creative Content Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day planning, production, and optimization of content across brand, product, and influencer channels. This role acts as a hands-on creative leader who translates marketing objectives into effective content execution, ensures brand consistency, and continuously improves performance based on data insights.
The role collaborates closely with Marketing and Strategy teams, balancing creative quality with performance goals, and guiding a small creative team to deliver impactful content on time and on brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Execution & Delivery
  • Lead the execution of content initiatives across digital, social, and campaign channels
  • Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into clear creative direction
  • Oversee content production including scripting, visual direction, shoots, and post-production
  • Ensure consistent quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery of all content outputs
  • Remain hands-on in content creation when required
Performance Awareness & Optimization
  • Review engagement and performance metrics to assess content effectiveness
  • Adjust creative execution based on data insights, feedback, and campaign results
  • Repurpose or refine existing content to improve reach, efficiency, and performance
  • Support testing of formats, messaging, and visuals to improve conversion outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing Strategists and campaign teams to align content with objectives
  • Participate in performance discussions in a collaborative and non-defensive manner
  • Provide creative input while remaining open to iteration based on data and feedback
  • Align content execution with influencer and partner initiatives when applicable
Creative Leadership & Team Support
  • Lead and support a small creative or production team
  • Provide clear feedback, guidance, and direction to improve execution quality
  • Recognize and communicate team contributions to campaign and performance success
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative working environment
Creative Standards & Brand Alignment
  • Uphold brand guidelines, visual standards, and tone of voice across all content
  • Balance creative freedom with strategic and performance requirements
  • Ensure content aligns with target audiences and campaign intent
Tools, AI & Workflow Efficiency
  • Utilize AI tools to support ideation, scripting, editing, and production efficiency
  • Contribute to improving content workflows and production processes
  • Ensure responsible and consistent use of tools in line with brand standards
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or content marketing
  • Strong background in video, visual content, or digital creative production
  • Experience leading projects or guiding junior creatives
  • Working knowledge of content performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion support)
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing and performance teams
  • Practical experience using AI tools for content or creative workflows is a plus
