Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Dayshift
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex insurance processes independently, ensuring compliance and high-quality results.
- Identify and fix workflow issues, conduct audits, and keep procedures and training materials up to date.
- Train and mentor team members, support clients, and assist with reporting, data analysis, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- For Analyst or Specialist, at least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field, including Insurance Level 1 processes
- Strong written communication, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Background in quality assurance, process review, and optimization
- Experience in training or coaching (e.g., BPO QA, Trainer, or Supervisor roles)
