Open for Associates, Analysts, and Specialists.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Dayshift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex insurance processes independently, ensuring compliance and high-quality results.
  • Identify and fix workflow issues, conduct audits, and keep procedures and training materials up to date.
  • Train and mentor team members, support clients, and assist with reporting, data analysis, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • For Analyst or Specialist, at least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related field, including Insurance Level 1 processes
  • Strong written communication, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Background in quality assurance, process review, and optimization
  • Experience in training or coaching (e.g., BPO QA, Trainer, or Supervisor roles)
