We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Head to lead and scale our commercial growth efforts in the managed office and workspace solutions sector. This role will drive strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue by aligning business opportunities with evolving client needs in a competitive, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of progressive business development experience, preferably in commercial real estate, managed office solutions, workspace services, or B2B services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership or people management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and building high-impact commercial partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of end-to end business development processes, including consultative selling, contract negotiation, and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to expand our client base and market share within target industries.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs to inform growth initiatives.

Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals and pricing models.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and industry stakeholders to secure long-term contracts and partnerships.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with clients, brokers, and industry partners to enhance service visibility and drive referral pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational challenges and positioning solutions that align with their growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of client engagements.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings, pricing strategies, and value propositions.

Reporting & Performance Measurement

  • Set performance metrics, prepare regular business development forecasts and reports, and present insights to executive leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to continually refine business strategies.
