Billing Supervisor 

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 billing specialists.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal partners.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies within the billing workflow.
• Culture Building: Foster a team environment that is both high-performing and supportive.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in Billing/Finance.
• Background: Experience in a Global Shared Services environment is highly preferred.
• Technical: Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial/billing systems (open to any system).
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

• Schedule: Night Shift, Hybrid Set-up (Mon-Fri)
