Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of E-commerce Advertising (Retail) to build, lead, and scale our digital advertising and monetization business. This role owns the full P&L and is responsible for driving revenue growth by enabling suppliers and marketplace sellers to effectively reach our 1.8M+ member base through data-driven advertising solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping our retail media ecosystem—developing ad products, optimizing performance, and strengthening partnerships across our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own full P&L for the e-commerce advertising business, delivering revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop and implement pricing models, ad packages, and commercial strategies
  • Build and scale advertising solutions across digital channels (on-site and off-site)
  • Lead onboarding, engagement, and relationship management of suppliers and marketplace sellers
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including banners, push notifications, SMS, email, and sponsored placements
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, ROI, attributed sales, conversions)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams
  • Identify new monetization opportunities and continuously improve ad offerings using first-party data insights
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing advertising or media team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, retail media, or performance marketing
  • Strong background in ad tech platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, or similar)
  • Proven experience managing revenue targets or owning a business line (P&L exposure is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with client-facing experience
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
