Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Work Schedule)
(7AM - 6PM every Monday; 7AM - 5:30 PM from Tuesday to Friday)
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads and oversees end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates for both white-collar and support roles. This role is responsible for driving recruitment strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and guiding the recruitment team to meet organizational talent needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong background in hiring for white-collar and support positions
- Exposure to the warehousing or logistics industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Willing to travel if needed.
- Can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding
- Lead sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for both professional (white-collar) and support roles
- Screen, assess, and endorse candidates in alignment with role requirements and organizational standards
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment of roles
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and implement process improvements
- Provide coaching and guidance to recruitment team members to enhance performance and capability
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain and strengthen talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
